Refund related questions and answers.

Refunds are not applicable under the following conditions:
  • If you cancel your order after its status changes to "Under Processing".
  • If the items are delivered on time.
  • If the items are delayed due to natural calamities such as war, natural disasters, etc.
  • If you are unavailable to receive the package or fail to pick it up.
  • If you damage the product during unboxing or after delivery.
  • If you damage the product when you collect it personally from our office.
You can request a refund under the following conditions:
  • If the package is lost in transit.
  • If the items are delivered in a damaged condition.
  • If the delivered items are not the same as ordered by you.
  • If you cancel your order before its status changes to "Under Processing".
  • If there is any damage in the printing.

In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support immediately. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier and work towards a resolution, which may include issuing a replacement or refund. We advise to please make an unboxing video whenever you receive your order. It will help you to claim refund if incase the shipped item recieved in damage condition.
If your payment fails but your account is debited, banks usually reverse the payment within 7 business days. The timeline can vary by bank. If your bank indicates otherwise, please contact us. If we receive the payment, we will initiate a refund within 3 days upon request. Refund timelines are:
  • Net Banking: 2-4 business days
