To claim a refund for damaged items delivered, you need to provide valid invoice and an unboxing video as proof.
For refund please contact our support team with your Order Invoice and unboxing video (where its applicable). Our team will investigate your refund claim. Once your claim is approved, the refund will be initiated. Refund processing time takes 3 to 7 days. To claim refund please provide the following information.
  • Order Email
  • Order Invoice
  • Unboxing Video (if items received in damaged condition)
Refund request will be approved if:
  • You provides valid inovice of your order.
  • The shipping company confirms the loss of the package where you are not at fault.
  • The items delivered are damaged and you have provided the required unboxing video.
Depending on the payment method used (Stripe or Paypal), gateway charges may be deducted from the refund amount. This deduction is subject to the refund conditions mentioned above. Read the refund conditions before applying for refund.
Refunds are processed within a specific timeframe after approval:
  • For payments made through credit/debit cards or net banking, refunds may take 2-4 business days.
  • Refunds for payments made through Paypal or Stripe may take longer due to gateway processing times.
You can cancel your order and get a refund only if its status has not changed to "Under Processing." Once the order is under processing, cancellation may not be possible, and the refund will not be applicable.
