Yes, we accept orders over the phone only from the customers in India. Payment can be made via Advance Cash (Delhi Office), Advance Cheque Payment, UPI or Net Banking (Axis Bank), Stripe (Credit or Debit Card). International customers can only make their orders online through our website.
Your order will be delivered to your doorstep by trusted courier or transport companies. You can check the available "Shipping Methods" here.
If your payment fails but your account is debited, banks usually reverse the payment within 7 business days. The timeline can vary by bank. If your bank indicates otherwise, please contact us. If we receive the payment, we will initiate a refund within 3 days upon request. Refund timelines are:

Unfortunately, no. You can place a new order for additional items. Though if your first order has not shipped by the time you place your new order then we can ship both the orders together on your request.
