You can request a refund under the following conditions:
- If the package is lost in transit.
- If the items are delivered in a damaged condition.
- If the delivered items are not the same as ordered by you.
- If you cancel your order before its status changes to “Under Processing”.
- If there is any damage in the printing.
Refunds are not applicable under the following conditions:
- If you cancel your order after its status changes to “Under Processing”.
- If the items are delivered on time.
- If the items are delayed due to natural calamities such as war, natural disasters, etc.
- If you are unavailable to receive the package or fail to pick it up.
- If you damage the product during unboxing or after delivery.
- If you damage the product when you collect it personally from our office.
To claim refund please provide the following information.
- Order Email
- Order Invoice
- Unboxing Video (if items received in damaged condition)
Refund request will be approved if:
- You provides valid inovice of your order.
- The shipping company confirms the loss of the package where you are not at fault.
- The items delivered are damaged and you have provided the required unboxing video.
If you paid by Bank Transfer or UPI and cancel before processing, you’ll receive a full refund. If you paid by Credit or Debit Card through Stripe or PayPal, there will be a 20% deduction from the refund amount.
For refund please contact our support team with your Order Invoice and unboxing video (where its applicable). Our team will investigate your refund claim. Once your claim is approved, the refund will be initiated. Refund processing time takes 3 to 7 days.
